Philosophy and Values

Our students are at the heart of all our decisions and we aim to create an environment where they can experience learning safely and with caring attention from our teaching team.

For this reason, some of our educational pillars are not only related to the academic aspect but also to life skills that help our girls, boys and adolescents achieve their goals and lead more fulfilled and happy lives.

Inclusive School

We are an inclusive school that welcomes all types of families into our community: traditional, non-traditional, large, small, from all religions, cultures, and beliefs. We believe that inclusivity is a human right and, therefore, all families are welcome without any form of discrimination.

Since we are an inclusive school, we have an Inclusion Coordination team that ensures everyone can access knowledge according to their abilities through Universal Design for Learning. In this way, anyone can participate and learn without the barriers that may arise from medical, physical or psychological conditions such as dyslexia, ADHD, Down’s syndrome, dyscalculia or any other condition, as long as we have the necessary technical adjustments for each case.

Through medical and psychological assessments, we are able to integrate our students into a learning environment that is safe, where their skills are valued and their achievements and progress are celebrated.

In addition, we have a team of psychologists and support teachers who are committed to using best practices to support and challenge each student in the socio-emotional and learning areas. Our team is bilingual and includes staff with working experience in special education and psychology in other countries.

Individual Education, Collaboration and Global Impact

Individual Education

We are convinced that neurodiversity enriches us, as each student is unique and possesses abilities that bring diverse perspectives of the world to the community.

Our inclusion team detects, intervenes, communicates, coordinates and provides support and resources based on the individual needs and strengths of each student.

Similarly, we recognize that we all have different abilities, contexts and intelligences, so there is no single way to learn. Instead, each person builds their own learning style with the help of our teaching team, who serve as guides throughout this process.

We understand and highlight the strengths of each student to ensure their learning process is unique, relevant and efficient for each individual.

Collaboration

We know that learning should be collaborative, which is why students work in teams from preschool to College. Individual skills enrich collective learning. Thus, projects are always supported by all.

In this sense, students acquire project management skills from an early age which, in turn, strengthen their social, argumentative, negotiation, tolerance and emotional regulation skills.

Global Impact

In line with the IB Programme, our students engage in all their subjects with a learning profile that fosters a global perspective and an open mindset, enabling them to remain receptive to learning and explore diverse environments. This aspect is crucial in our interconnected, globalized world, as students learn skills that will not only help them understand the world but also be able to contribute ideas and positive proposals to change it.
