Conflict resolution is part of the process of growth and coexistence, two actions that are always seen in the classroom. School must educate for life, so we must provide the necessary tools to interact with others, make responsible decisions and solve conflicts in a positive and assertive manner. We encourage cooperative learning, as we know that it plays a very important role in relationships, promotes dialogue, exchange and respect for diversity.
